Who we are?
We are a Geelong based coworking for professionals with small to medium businesses. Home for AsOne, is the RS&S Woollen Mills in Rutland Street, Newtown, already well known for it’s vibrant community of professional creatives and makers. The AsOne Coworking architecturally designed office studios and spaces, are the culmination of thoughtful planning and creative design, all set in a flood of natural light and amongst lush greenery. Thermal and acoustic comfort provide functional work spaces, complemented with meeting rooms, podcasting studio and open lounge and kitchen.
Why coworking?
Finding a new home to run your business is exciting - coworking ensures your journey from discovery to opening your laptop at your new location, is seamless, saving your time, money and energy for the work that really matters.
Flexibility is key to coworking. Whatever your business or day calls for - a lockable office for a business base, a space to get some work done in between appointments or a meeting room that has everything you need and a bit extra. Coworking gives you choice of spaces and length of time, whether it’s for now or for the foreseeable future.
A smile or friendly ‘morning’ callout, chat over coffee, a chance introduction or finding common ground – coworking brings people back into your working life. Whether you enjoy the hum of activity happening outside your studio or being in amongst it swapping stories at the coffee machine, people are the heart of coworking.

“The build at AsOne Coworking is an impressive example of updating & repurposing a space, while respecting and celebrating the history of the building”
Rohan Gow, The Dimmick Group
“…over the next 2-2.5 years we worked closely together design the solution that is ultimately what is installed now. I watched with interest through Covid as Kerrie strove to deliver a unique project for the Geelong region and the wider Coworking/Flex Space industry. Being from Geelong myself I am ultimately thrilled to see the finished product…”
Mel Dwyer, Co-work/Flexible Space Vertical Manager, Access Hardware
